We went after hours as we were staying at the resort. You follow the gold path from the resorts into the park and the restaurant is right next to the park resorts entrance/exit. Very easy to get to. Food is loaded onto a series of tracks from the kitchen on the second floor and it travels across the ceiling even doing loops before its junction to your table eventually spiralling down to where you are sat. It’s a tacky camp neon and chrome mess of track and tables serving fried US diner burgers and chicken and chips food and we loved every minute and the food was tasty. It goes 110% in on the gimmick and we loved it. It’s so inefficient. It’s a little fiddly to get ya food off the track when it lands. They sometimes have to send large bottles of water along the track to unblock dishes that have lost momentum lol. “If ya food is doing loops doesn’t that mean ya burger arrives at your plate largely disassembled from all the momentum?” No because they crimp the burgers lol. Your burger arrives with all its bun edges sealed. They’re like a big round bulbous cheese toasty from the Breville. Side dishes are super tasty and make ya feel all warm and fuzzy and filthy eating them. It’s certainly expensive but it’s also super unique and fun for a meal there. I had read some times the mechanics break but during our visit it was all working perfectly and watching the other tables get served is fun. Kids love it.

What a fantastic experience! Deb really made our celebration special for our Hen Party. What amazing and attentive service. Everyone was super friendly and the food was tasty. Great quality cocktails here. Thanks to Deb and all the staff as it really made our day and evening

A return to form for the RCR! After a disappointing visit last year we were hesitant, the recent reviews have been poor but we were pleasantly surprised! The food was excellent, nice to see themed dishes back on the menu! The nemesis tandoori chicken burger was absolutely great, only waited about about 5 minutes for it and it all came out nice and hot! We also had a couple of the Smile Always, smiler themed, burgers which were very good too if not a bit messier! The smiler logo on the black bun in gold was an absolutely excellent touch too! Price wise it's on par with a middle of the road gastro pub, 17-19 for burgers and 3.15 for a glass bottle of coke. All in all it was a great visit and if it carries on like this then it'll remain a good place to visit for the forceable future! Just don't let it slip back to where is was in late 2022 and mid 2023.

This was a great experience for my sisters birthday and our family. We had no idea what to expect, the staff were happy to go above and beyond from the moment we walked in. The vibe inside with the music and lights was exciting with everyone around dancing and singing. The food arrived wizzing down the tracks straight to our table. I would highly recommend this experience, for a fun and exciting way of dining. Thank you so much for all the staff that made this a day to remember :)

Absolutely loved our visit! We booked a table for our family to visit the restaurant whilst we were staying at the park. On reading the reviews, we came with very low expectations. Well, we absolutely loved it!! The food was exceptional, staff friendly and atmosphere amazing! The meal I wanted from the menu was unavailable but a member of staff came to advise me of this within a few minutes of ordering and I was offered an alternative. I really don't understand the bad reviews. The prices were as you'd expect in a theme park, portion sizes good and food full of flavour. Our kids absolutely loved it, as did we. We had the Nemasis Reborn Burgers and the Salmon with rice. Followed by Chocolate brownies and waffles. Have to admit the birthday tune being played every time someone ordered the brownie was a little irritating after the 15th time We would definitely recommend a visit and will be returning again!.

We had a lovely time at the Rollercoaster Restaurant. We've been trying to book a table for a few visits now but it's always busy, this week we managed to get a slot. Food pricing is good and not much more expensive than other meals in the oark. Menu had a varied enough selection for all of us to grab something we liked. The main attraction was the food arriving by mini rollercoaster which was lots of fun to watch. Our waitress, Manika, was lovely and helped with anything we needed including a doggy bag to take our spare desserts home with us. Overall fantastic experience, we would do it again in a heartbeat. Might not be the best place if you have picky eaters -double check the menu first. Ordering is completed via a straight forward tablet on your table, drinks arrived quickly, food took around 20 minutes for us and was clear on our shared table whose meal was whose.

We came to the restaurant 20/06/2024 for mine and my daughter’s birthday! The food arrived quickly and was amazing, Ruth our server was just the best, she went above and beyond, was always ready to help and just so friendly, the ordering service was pretty easy once you’d done it once, we ordered drinks first, then kids meals and then adults meals, prices for food and drink were no more than what we would pay at another restaurant and the kids loved watching the food come down the coaster track! The bbq chicken tenders were definitely a must have, We will definitely visit again

You had my dad whinging like a 2 year old and my mother actually began to turn into a Karen!? Actually got the manager involved so I have been told! All she needs now is the trim. Though you did offer compensation which YET AGAIN, my SAFT parents DID NOT ACCEPT!!! You are supposed to take up on that offer and send 10 tubs of curvy fries flying down a rollercoaster track! Thanks for the food, Altered Bowels.
